Shifts can be flexible, with options for 8-hour or 10-hour shifts. No weekend work required. Years of experience required: Minimum 1 year. Certifications required: BLS. Open to accommodating block schedules. Local candidates are accepted with no radius restrictions. Time-off requests to be discussed with management. The facility is a critical access facility with a total of 25 staffed beds. Scrub color is grey. Charting is done using Cerner. Patient age groups include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Major diagnoses include orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric conditions. Skills required include adaptive devices, assessment techniques, and various therapeutic modalities. Candidates should be familiar with multiple treatment approaches and patient management strategies. Floating may require working within the hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities. Allied clinicians must complete assigned modules prior to starting. The first day will involve virtual orientation. All required modules must be completed by the deadline set by management.
