Position overview: This is an entry-level, on-site position that supports the planning and execution of live events, activations, and customer-facing experiences. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others. What Makes This Different This is an active, on-site role rather than a remote or behind-the-scenes position. This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment. Key areas of ownership Coordinate event logistics, schedules, materials, and setup Welcome attendees and communicate with guests, vendors, and partners Support live event execution from setup through breakdown Gather attendee feedback and help evaluate event results We’re looking for someone who brings: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and dependable; comfortable initiating conversations; organized and adaptable; able to work effectively as part of an on-site team.
