Synergize is hiring an Entry-Level Event Manager to support live events, nonprofit campaigns, community outreach, and face-to-face customer engagement throughout the Sacramento area.

This is an entry-level opportunity for motivated individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, nonprofit outreach, fundraising, customer engagement, and team leadership .

No previous event management experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and execution of live community events
• Represent nonprofit organizations at events and promotional locations
• Engage with the public and provide information about campaigns
• Support event registration, information booths, and outreach activities
• Help maintain an organized and professional event environment
• Communicate with team members to support daily event goals
• Assist with training and mentoring new team members as experience develops
• Participate in team meetings, coaching, and professional development
• Track event activity and provide feedback to campaign leadership

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Comfortable speaking with the public
• Motivated and willing to learn
• Team-oriented and goal-focused
• Previous experience in events, customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, sales, fundraising, or marketing is helpful but not required
