Asset Intake & Versioning

  • Manage intake and organization of photography, 3D, AI-assisted, and campaign imagery
  • Apply and validate metadata, naming conventions, and versioning standards

  • Ensure assets meet technical requirements prior to handoff to product setup and site teams

Content Readiness, Collaboration & Team Support

  • Track asset status from capture through delivery
  • Identify missing, incorrect, or outdated assets and coordinate corrective action
  • Provide guidance and task prioritization for a Content Operations Coordinator
  • Work closely with Photography, Retouching, Product Setup, and Content Operations teams
  • Maintain clear documentation and standards to support consistent execution

You’ll Need to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in photography, digital media, information management, or a related field

  • Hands-on experience managing metadata and image versioning at scale
  • Experience working within a digital asset management system; Bynder experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce photography workflows
  • High attention to detail and comfort working at speed
  • Experience guiding or supporting junior team members in a production environment
