• Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve field problems
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and project progress
• Identify plan conflicts, missing information, scope gaps, and potential change orders
• Document delays, existing conditions, extra work, and GC-directed changes
• Order materials and prevent avoidable downtime
• Communicate project needs and concerns clearly with the office
• Perform electrical work alongside the crew when needed
• Help complete projects on schedule and within budget

• Strong commercial tenant-improvement experience
• Ground-up construction experience
• Ability to independently read plans, specifications, one-lines, panel schedules, and construction schedules

• Ability to recognize scope gaps and change-order work before proceeding
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Personal hand tools required
• Willingness to travel to different Southern California jobsites

Residential-only experience does not meet the requirements for this position.
