12 Hour Food Packer

12 Hour Food Packer Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.50 to $17.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available ( Sunday through Saturday from 06:00pm to 06:00am )

• Package finished snack products according to company specifications.
• Inspect products for quality, appearance, and packaging accuracy.
• Label, box, and palletize finished goods.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment following food safety standards.
• Follow all company safety procedures and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Support production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Report equipment or product issues to supervisors.

12 Hour Food Packer Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or food production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Dependable attendance and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. 
• Ability to stand for 12 hour shift.
• Frequent lifting of up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. 
• STEEL TOE BOOTS REQUIRED
• 12 hour shift 2-2-3 schedule, work every other weekend

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
